Job Description
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our facility. This position requires a motivated individual who can efficiently manage a team while maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and other cleaning personnel
 - Ensure all cleaning procedures are completed to the facility's standards and assist where necessary to maintain optimal service
 - Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
 - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
 - Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and assignments to maximize efficiency and coverage
 - Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction
 - Maintain accurate records and documentation, including staff attendance, room status, and maintenance issues
 - Collaborate with other departments to address any facility-wide concerns or special requests
 - Implement and enforce safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
 - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and motivate staff
 - Assist in developing and implementing new procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service
 
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, such as room attendant or housekeeper
 - Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality or service-oriented environment
 - Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and chemical handling
 - Strong leadership and team management skills
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Basic English language skills required; fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal) preferred
 - Fluency in Arabic or another second language is a plus
 - Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations
 - Previous guest relations training is advantageous
 - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
 - Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks when necessary
 - Familiarity with local customs and etiquette in Madinah, Saudi Arabia
 - Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping and communication
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
 - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
