Fleet Supervisor Riyadh

Job Description:

Neweast Isuzu is looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor - Sales to manage and oversee the fleet operations in Riyadh, focusing on delivering excellent service to our customers and supporting the sales team. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong knowledge of vehicle fleet management and sales processes, as well as the ability to ensure that our fleet is fully operational, well-maintained, and aligned with the company's sales objectives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting sales growth, ensuring vehicle availability, and ensuring that fleet operations contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the operations of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are available for sales demonstrations, deliveries, and client needs.
• Work closely with the sales team to align fleet management with sales objectives, ensuring prompt availability of vehicles for potential clients.
• Ensure fleet vehicles are well-maintained, regularly serviced, and in optimal condition for sales demonstrations, test drives, and deliveries.
• Manage vehicle inventory, including monitoring stock levels, procurement, and tracking vehicle usage.
• Provide support to the sales team by ensuring that vehicles are available for client presentations and fulfilling customer delivery requirements.
• Liaise with sales managers to plan for vehicle availability in alignment with sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal demand.
• Monitor the fleets performance, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and service records to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and maintenance vendors to ensure cost-effective fleet management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations, including vehicle licensing, insurance, and safety checks.
• Prepare and manage fleet-related budgets and provide sales forecasts to ensure adequate fleet resources are available.
• Train and supervise a team of fleet staff to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and safety.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management or a related sales role, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of fleet management principles and experience in supporting sales teams with fleet operations.
• Proven ability to manage and allocate vehicles efficiently to meet customer demand and sales targets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other departments to support business objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
