Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer / Team Leader with extensive experience in the commercial vehicle industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on floor experience, preferably with Isuzu, Hino, or Fuso, and a proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians while ensuring top-notch service quality.

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer / Team Leader with extensive experience in the commercial vehicle industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on floor experience, preferably with Isuzu, Hino, or Fuso, and a proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians while ensuring top-notch service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians in performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles.
- Provide technical expertise to address and resolve complex vehicle issues.
- Conduct quality checks on completed services to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, including parts and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of floor experience in commercial vehicle servicing.
- Preferred experience with Isuzu, Hino, or Fuso brands.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and service management software.
- Certification or training from Isuzu, Hino, or Fuso is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
