Job Summary:

Fleet Sales Supervisor Will Be A Key Driver In Expanding Our Market Share. This Role Focuses On Building Long-Term Relationships With B2b Clients, Managing Fleet Accounts, And Spearheading Strategic Sales Initiatives. Working Within A Fast-Growing, Innovative Environment, You Will Be Responsible For Achieving Robust Sales Outcomes While Upholding The High Standards And Customer-Centric Culture Of Neweast Isuzu Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop And Execute Targeted Sales Strategies To Capture And Grow The Fleet Market In Eastern Region. Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities With Fleet Operators, Corporate Accounts, And Commercial Fleet Managers.
  • Establish, Nurture, And Maintain Strong Relationships With Existing And Potential Fleet Customers. Serve As The Key Liaison For Fleet Accounts By Understanding Client Needs, Offering Tailored Solutions, And Ensuring Superior Service Experiences.
  • Lead The Regional Fleet Sales Efforts By Setting Clear Objectives, Tracking Performance Metrics, And Achieving Quarterly And Annual Sales Targets. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing And Customer Service, To Drive Cohesive And Effective Sales Campaigns.
  • Analyze Market Trends, Competitor Activities, And Customer Feedback To Refine Sales Strategies. Use Data-Driven Insights For Forecasting And Aligning Sales Initiatives With Overall Business Goals.
  • Mentor And Guide Sales Team Members, Fostering A Culture Of Excellence And Continuous Improvement. Partner With Senior Management To Develop Training Programs That Enhance Product Knowledge And Sales Proficiency.
  • Prepare Detailed Sales Reports, Presentations, And Performance Analyses. Regularly Update Management On Market Trends, Customer Issues, And Strategic Opportunities.


Qualifications And Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field Is Required. An MBA Or Equivalent Is A Plus.
  • A Minimum Of 7 Years In Fleet Or Commercial Vehicle Sales, With Proven Experience Managing Large B2b Accounts.
  • Demonstrated Success In Developing And Executing Strategic Sales Programs Within The Automotive Or Transportation Industries.
