General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the fit out process for our projects in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of fit out works.
• You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Oversee all aspects of the fit out process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of fit out works
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success
• Review and approve fit out plans, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met and address any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other project managers and team members to ensure seamless project delivery
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fitout processes and procedures
  
  
  

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fitout management, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of fitout processes, procedures, and industry standards
• Proven track record of successfully managing fitout projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
