The role holder is responsible for Cascading of B2B targets to units, consolidating and reviewing B2B entities’ 3-year financial plans and reviewing and reporting B2B Financial Performance. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure”

Job Responsibility

Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities

  • Contributes in the development of stc’s organization strategy and to the overall process of management and corporate decision making along with other members of the Executive Team.
  • Directs and manages the Financial Planning mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
  • Leads and monitors change in the Financial Planning providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Financial Planning.

Core Responsibilities

  • Cascades of B2B targets to units
  • Consolidates and review B2B entities’ 3-year financial plans
  • Reviews and report B2B Financial Performance
  • Maintains sector financial model and perform variance analysis based on quarterly actuals and communicate updates
  • Aligns with B2B SMO Strategic Planning to ensure consistency in the management of annual strategy exercises
  • Coordinates with B2B Performance Management GD for maintenance of the approved financial plan as a baseline
  • Cyclicals review in alignment with B2B Performance Management GD of B2B level financial performance against the financial plans put in effect
  • Aligns with Strategy planning on B2B performance for input & consideration in Strategy refresh exercises
  • Builds revenue forecast models by analyzing economic, financial, market, technology, performance and customers’ needs trends for both traditional services and ICT solutions.
  • Aligns with stc Group Finance on potential business efficiency program (BEP) targets
  • Coordinates with stc business cluster budget owners to collect inputs related to potential business efficiency program (BEP) savings.
  • Provides financial leadership and support in planning, financial and commercial management and decision-making for the Enterprise Sector projects, in order to enable effective management of resources and service delivery.

People Management Responsibilities

  • Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.
  • Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Financial Planning, in line with the business and operational plans.
  • Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Financial Planning.

Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager
