Job Description
- Facilities Management
- Manage & controlling, fleet, landscaping services, building maintenance, admin utilities at the office sites coordinating with the 3rd part providers.
- Administration
- All office supplies and services are ordered as per requirement – procurement processes.
- People Practices
- Align good practices for all employees with strategic business initiatives. Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the businesses and functions they support
- Relationship Management
- Ensure services level that we are providing are up to the standard and the contract terms and ensure internal client satisfaction.
- Respond to all questions regarding facilities and reasonable requests.
- Administration and Compliance
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are attended to and in compliance with BRF internal rules & regulations.
- Participate in the department meetings, support the employees and leaders in the topics related do Admin & Facilities.
- Support the internal events, helping with the organization and execution
- Responsible for analyzing and control the Admin & Facilities packages budget monthly, as well as plan the forecast.
- Guarantee the 5S, basic and safety conditions of the office area.
- Participate in the internal and external audits for related suppliers.
