Your Opportunity
As a Finance Employee, you will be responsible for working with the finance, audit, compliance, and other departments of selected Roche affiliates. In this position you will focus on:
- Verifying financial documents and transactions
- Handling integration processes between financial systems such as Concur and SAP
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and training material where required on a periodic basis
- Working collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve financial documentation and processes (e.g., review manuals, coding reasons for adjustments, etc.)
- Taking responsibility for assessing the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions in accordance with the Company's Policies, Procedures, and External regulatory requirements
- Participating in finance programs, projects, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/HOD
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. - At least 3 year of experience in a relevant position in the field of Finance/Accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Good administrative & communication skills
- High commitment to maintain / improve service levels
- Open mindset and customer focus
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Experience in SAP / Concur system
