Your Opportunity

As a Finance Employee, you will be responsible for working with the finance, audit, compliance, and other departments of selected Roche affiliates. In this position you will focus on:

• Verifying financial documents and transactions
• Handling integration processes between financial systems such as Concur and SAP
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and training material where required on a periodic basis
• Working collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve financial documentation and processes (e.g., review manuals, coding reasons for adjustments, etc.)
• Taking responsibility for assessing the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions in accordance with the Company's Policies, Procedures, and External regulatory requirements
• Participating in finance programs, projects, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/HOD
  
  

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:

• At least 3 year of experience in a relevant position in the field of Finance/Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Good administrative & communication skills
• High commitment to maintain / improve service levels
• Open mindset and customer focus
• Proficiency in English
  
  

Desirable:

• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Experience in SAP / Concur system
