Finance Reporting Analyst

 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management and stakeholders.

• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights, providing actionable recommendations for business improvements. 

 • Forecasting and Budgeting: Support budgeting and forecasting activities by preparing data and tracking performance against budgets.

• System Management: Utilize financial reporting systems and ensure accuracy in data reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to gather and validate data, providing clear financial insights.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and data validation.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis is preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
