We are searching for an experienced Finance Manager at our MEDLOG Saudi Arabia - Ad Dammam facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report in a timely manner to the Managing Director and to the HQ Finance team regarding all new relevant points in terms of profitability, cash flow, conflicts of interests etc.
- Ensure full compliance with the Geneva Medlog HQ.
- Follow-up on audits.
- Ensure the accounts are always up to date and reflective of the directions.
- Develop and maintain the Credit Management Policy of the country.
- Process credit evaluations and minimize credit days and old overdue.
- Manage the Cash Management and treasury process including the optimization of cash flow, bank relationships and currency exposure.
- Optimize VAT and tax structure with responsibilities of adherence to international Transfer Pricing guidelines working closely with the MSC Group Tax Officer.
- Establish and maintain an appropriate internal control environment with cost reduction driven in all areas.
- Identify revenues optimization and bring creativity in developing new local stream revenues.
- Ensure adequate procurement processes are in place.
- Finance team management.
- Ability to build relationship with Operation team to ensure optimization of results
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Professional certification or accreditation, such as CPA, CMA, or similar, is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 1 year of management experience.
- Experience in a multinational company or a similar role/industry is a plus.
- Experience in SAP system is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS), financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ability to effectively manage, motivate, and mentor a team.
