    Poste et missions


    Management reporting:

    • Preparation of monthly performance reports for each business line and other management reports for business monitoring;
    • Close monitoring of the key performance indicators for each business line, per client, and liaise with them or relevant support functions to resolve discrepancies;
    • Monitor NSAIC progress in following the Bank’s “Originate to Distribute” policy;
    • Lead and support the FM on budget preparation and Business reviews
    • Coordinate with Dubai Finance team, business lines and other functions to obtain inputs for budget preparation and generate the consolidated budget;
    • Maintain close overview of NSAIC progress vis-à-vis the budget and other strategic plans
    • Reconciliation of NSAIC GOI and coverage NBI with Head Office including harmonization of the scope and calculation methods;
    • Key point of contact and manage external auditors requirements and communicate key management letter points;
    • Prepare and present periodic presentations to the ARC and Board of Directors on NSAIC updates;
    • Other Ad-hoc requests by senior management and business lines on figures for deal approvals, annual reviews, business plans and strategy papers

    Financial accounting & Operations:

    • Ensure fees are recorded in line with group accounting principles;
    • Maintain regular communication with business lines on closing of transactions and associated fees;
    • Monitor and ensure that the UFOs, pivots on business portfolios are up to date and correctly linked to NSAIC;
    • Manage cash balances / term deposits through periodic future cashflow analysis;
    • Assist Financial Accounting team in preparation of monthly pack (FTE, indirect cost allocation, realized expenses);
    • Quarterly HO Financial Statements reporting (Copernic)

    Prudential and compliance requirements:

    • Ensure regulatory reports and audit requirements are met in a timely manner and communicated to respective governmental bodies within the deadline as per Saudi law;
    • Periodic review of changes to country rules and regulations and communicate it in a timely manner and ensure changes are adopted by NSAIC systems when necessary (i.e. e-invoicing), and
    • Fulfill ad-hoc requests in relation to prudential and compliance related topics (FATCA / CRS).

    Projects & others:

    • Participate in digital projects to automate reports to improve efficiency of the role and function;
    • Participate in implementation of all Finance related projects, C3S4R, IFRS9, etc.
    • Support NSAIC overall mission and adhere to company standards, policies and confidentiality guidelines.
    • Work closely with EMEA 2nd Level control function to ensure deliverables are met
    • Work closely with the Regional Head of Finance to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
    • Handle NSAIC purchasing and Logistics issues and all payment requests

    Other ad-hoc requests and participation in projects as and when requested.
