Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance, accuracy in financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical abilities, a keen attention to detail, and the capability to manage financial processes in a dynamic, client-serving environment within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director and senior management to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate and manage audits, both internal and external.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and other financial obligations.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same industry or within holding group companies.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems.
