In this Finance Manager position

• Contribute to design and implementation of finance strategy, plans and policies related to two or more of the Finance Job Families (e.g. a combination of RTR, PTP and Controlling activities) as per the business needs of the defined organization
• Oversee delivery of key finance activities and ensure that teams meet critical goals and deadlines
• Ensure preparation of financial reports including auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings
• Ensure evaluation and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs
• Advise management on financial matters related to two or more of the Finance Job Families (e.g. a combination of RTR, PTP and Controlling activities) and the impact of laws and regulations on the business
• Enable business decision making and performance by identifying opportunities and improving the quality of internal and external financial data
• Ensure all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time
• Select and manage relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service
• Ensure development of and provide forward looking financial insight on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios
• Analyze and recommend improvements in existing financial processes, systems and methods for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency
