Job Title: Finance Manager

Role Description

This is an on-site role as a Finance Manager at HAD for Communications & IT in Riyadh.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance, and providing insights that support executive decision-making. The role is particularly important given the company’s focus on government projects, competitive bids, and technology products.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
• Build and monitor budgets for projects, tenders, and products.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Conduct financial analysis including ratio analysis and business performance indicators.
• Support valuation exercises (NPV, DCF, IRR) and prepare the company for investment rounds.
• Oversee risk management including loans, credit exposure, and FX fluctuations.
• Provide governance support including reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Develop pricing models for government tenders and ensure competitive financial proposals.
• Align financial strategies with the capitalization and lifecycle of technology products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s / CFA / CPA preferred).
• 6–10 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Exposure to fundraising, company valuation, or investment readiness.
• Experience with government projects, bids, or technology-driven products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with executives and Boards.
