Job Title: Director of Finance

Job Summary:

The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring the financial health and stability of the company. This role includes managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and compliance. The Director of Finance will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management based on financial analysis and projections.

- Financial Management:

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and asset management.

- Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.

- Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

- Stakeholder Relations:

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.
• Communicate financial performance and strategy to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance, or a related role within a marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Finance strategies that drive measurable results.
