Finance Associate – Riyadh KSA

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Finance Associate is required to ensure that all costs are correctly budgeted and captured, making sure all stakeholders are aligned with the reporting of costs. In addition, to support the commercial Finance function with Ad-hoc tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining Debit notes and tracker updates.
• Seeking approvals as per the Authority matrix, ensuring correct booking & payment on time.
• Monthly Expense reports submission to cost centre owners, along with periodic variance analysis.
• Point of contact for all distributors - outstanding payments in terms of reasons for non-settlement.
• Coordinate with the finance team, Tender team and Aspen TESS team
• Coordinate with the Tax team and ZATCA (Saudi tax authority) and Zakat.
• Track and process all monthly payments with Tess, Rent, utilities, team expenses, etc, for RHQ.
• Process payment on the distributor system other than payroll (OPEX, Expenses, etc).
• Manage third-party accounts.
• Managing Audit requirements & Tax compliance for KSA entity.
• Ad-hoc tasks supporting the commercial & Finance teams with projects in the region.
  
  

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting or any degree/diploma equivalent to Finance (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CGMA)
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Pharmaceuticals, FMCG in MENA Region
  
  

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Excel - Advanced
• PowerPoint - Good working knowledge
