The Field Service Supervisor is based out of Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The Field Service Supervisor is based out of Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Primary Duties
- Coordinate and supervise the installation, repair, and service of wellhead equipment for drilling, completion, and workover operations in the field.
- Oversee shop operations, including assembling, testing, painting, repairing, and maintaining wellhead equipment and service tools.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, expectations, and Health & Safety (HSE) programs.
- Act as the in-country representative for Stream-Flo Industries/Master Flo Valve as required by customer specifications.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and head office via various communication channels.
- Lead advanced wellhead assembly and pressure testing operations.
- Oversee the maintenance of tools and spare components on-site, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Ensure completion of required training and competency evaluations for Service Technicians with a minimum 80% passing grade.
- Travel internationally as required to support field operations.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures in all aspects of service operations.
- Provide strong leadership in the field, guiding team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Stream-Flo products (2K–15K PSI) and apply troubleshooting/repair techniques.
- Troubleshoot and repair valves ranging from 2,000 to 15,000 PSI, including Emergency Shutdown (ESD) valves.
- Work closely with Engineers on product design and running procedures to enhance service outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements and lead HSE initiatives in both the field and shop.
- Manage service tool inventories as needed ensure company equipment and property are maintained.
- Ensure all field certifications are obtained and maintained.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure seamless field operations.
- Advanced and comprehensive knowledge of field service operations, service industry and wellhead products.
- Minimum 10 years of related wellhead and industry related experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Advanced knowledge of Stream-Flo or competitor products and complex service tools and their applications.
- Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred.
