Bühler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled engineer to join our team as Field Service Engineer. This position would be crucial in ensuring exceptional customer support during both the installation phase of our machines and throughout their entire operational lifecycle. There are currently four vacancies available for this position.

This is where you'll excel
- Perform retrofit actions and machine repairs, inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and submit timesheets, service reports, delegation reports, drawings and other documents related to the assigned task.
- Perform technical assistance, training and other after sales services of the machines.
- Coordinate with internal and external customer technicians during startups or maintenance jobs.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers.
- Sharing of experience and feedback to other projects and functions.
- Report after sales opportunities at the customer site.
- Compliance with processes, procedures, and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Higher technical education with further training in Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the similar industry.
- Fluent communication skill in English language.
