Responsibilities:

  • Attainment of local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
  • Identification and pursuit of business opportunities, tapping into market potential.
  • Lead generation, customer profiling, activity planning, and CRM updates.
  • Enhancement of customer satisfaction.
  • Provision of market feedback on segment trends.
  • Management of existing relationships, exploration of new opportunities within the Hospitality and residential sector.
  • Market management and execution of an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits aligned with the company’s sales code.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of sales experience as a Field Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions to B2B clients, preferably in H&R (Hospitality and Residential).
  • Proficient in a consultative sales approach and negotiation skills.
  • Solid experience with CRM software, with knowledge of Salesforce considered a plus.
  • Results-driven approach.
  • Passion for fitness, coupled with enthusiasm, proactivity and ethical conduct.
  • Positive and proactive mindset, adept at navigating a fast-paced environment.
