Position Description:

As a Field Implementation Specialist - Jeddah, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Provide training and clinical operating room (OR) support
  • Support hospitals with product upgrades as product ranges evolve, ensuring smooth transitions and implementations.
  • Provide the highest levels of clinical support and services to assigned account
  • Demonstrate the use of Applied Medical products to surgeons, practice staff and nurses
  • Work closely with the Field team to develop sales strategies and define the tactical implementation of Applied Medical products in Jeddah.
  • Assist in developing effective business plans and approach strategies in collaboration with your respective Manager.
  • Support the management of the product range within the assigned territory, ensuring effective implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts
  • Achieve business and revenue goals set by management in assigned accounts
  • Consistently meet and aim to exceed sales quotas as established by management in assigned accounts
  • Conduct market research on tenders, surgery statistics, and the competitive environment
  • Identify key stakeholders per product segment and assist in launching new technologies and products within your designated area
  • Attend orientation, education & scrub sessions
  • Regularly attend company meetings, product training and presentations
  • Keep up with the latest clinical data and communicate this information to health professionals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a performance record with clear documentation of success in the assigned territory.
  • Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit driven by ambition and achieving goals.
  • Have the ability to commute and travel to different accounts in the assigned region.
  • Exemplify the Applied Medical culture by acting with empathy and concern for patients, customers, and team members.
  • Establish professional relationships with key decision-makers in operating theatres and procurement departments.
  • Set an example of high motivation.
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Arabic.


Skills and attributes

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience of professional surgical or medical device sales experience, as well as formal sales training.
