Job Description
Parsons are seeking an experienced Field Engineer (Civil) - Saudi National to oversee on-site construction activities for a major airfield development project. The role involves supervising works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors, and supporting quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working on large infrastructure or airport-related projects.

Job Description
Parsons are seeking an experienced Field Engineer (Civil) - Saudi National to oversee on-site construction activities for a major airfield development project. The role involves supervising works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors, and supporting quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working on large infrastructure or airport-related projects.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day site activities related to airfield, infrastructure, or building works.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure works are executed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and support QA/QC teams in ensuring workmanship meets project standards.
- Identify and report non-conformances, assisting in corrective action implementation.
- Verify materials and installations comply with approved submittals.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and HSE teams to resolve site issues.
- Track site progress and provide daily or weekly reports to the project management team.
- Support inspections, tests, and approvals with consultants and authorities.
- Enforce compliance with project HSE requirements on site.
- Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
- Support safe execution of works in airside and operationally sensitive environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of field engineering experience on infrastructure or large-scale construction projects
- Experience in airport, airfield, or transport projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
- Familiarity with QA/QC and HSE procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in live or operational airport environments.
- Familiarity with inspection and testing processes.
- Knowledge of construction management systems and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work in demanding site conditions.
