Female Bartender

The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.

Essential Functions

• Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of the bar.
• Takes ownership of the bar, knowing the names and preferences of their guests and VIPs, greeting, seating, running etc.
• Executes and facilitates service in cooperation with other Bartenders, servers, and managers.
• Taking and making beverage orders.
• Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.
• Develops rapport with guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment all times in the bar (front bar, back bar, floor).
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Detail-oriented and self starter
• Strong customer service skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to truly connect with guests & staff
• Team player
• Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
• Calm composure under pressure
• Product knowledge experts with mocktail, cocktail and mixing techniques
• Excellent people skills by means of a friendly, kind and likeable personality
• Fluent level of English
• Previous hotel or luxury brand experience preferred;
