Job Summary:
The Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities within the e-commerce warehouse and dark store network. This role ensures that buildings, utilities, material handling equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to support seamless fulfillment and last-mile operations. The Facility Supervisor manages preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, supervises maintenance staff and contractors, monitors compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and ensures cost-effective facility operations. Working closely with operations, logistics, and safety teams, the Facility Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe, well-organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facility operations across warehouses and dark stores, ensuring functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, utilities, HVAC, lighting, and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and inspections.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage facility budgets and control maintenance-related costs.
• Support layout changes and facility expansions to meet operational needs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.

Required qualifications:
1. Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

3. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
