Facility Management Operations Manager
Role Summary:
White Space LLC is seeking an experienced Facility Management Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operational aspects of facility management services across all locations. This includes procurement, maintenance, client relationship management, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, driving growth, maintaining high service standards, and identifying new business opportunities. A strong network within the industry and proven leadership in facility management are key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily facility management operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Revenue Generation & Business Development: Identify and secure new clients, contribute to revenue targets, and lead contract negotiations.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Develop procurement strategies and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Maintenance Oversight: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and introduce innovations to improve efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, develop customized solutions, and foster long-term relationships.
- Contract Management: Lead contract preparation, negotiation, and execution while ensuring compliance.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor teams to ensure high performance and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, Procurement, or related field.
- Extensive experience in facility management operations, preferably with well-known FM companies.
- Strong industry network and reputation.
- Expertise in procurement, maintenance, contract management, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
