Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Riyadh. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the facility's operations, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations, overseeing staff and services, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing budgets, and improving overall efficiency. The Facilities Manager will also handle vendor relationships and work towards optimizing the use of space and resources within the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of facilities management and maintenance operations
• Experience in safety and compliance with health regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
• Ability to handle vendor relationships and procurement
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in healthcare facilities management is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
