Facade Technical Director - Anime Hub (DEL 313)

The Facade Technical Director for Anime Hub at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of facade designs that reflect the vibrant and dynamic essence of the Anime theme. This position demands an innovative leader with a strong background in architectural facade design, engineering principles, and project management. The Facade Technical Director will collaborate closely with the design teams and stakeholders to ensure the facades are functional, visually captivating, and aligned with the overall vision for the Anime Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of all facade elements, ensuring they align with the creative vision while adhering to technical standards and regulations
• Manage the facade engineering team, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and other technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of façade systems with overall project design
• Develop facade specifications, materials selection, and performance criteria while focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments regarding facade systems and construction methods
• Oversee the facade design approval process, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
• Monitor facade construction to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications during installation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facade technologies, systems, and industry best practices to drive innovation
• Provide technical support and leadership during project meetings and presentations
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and project updates for senior management and stakeholders
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facade design and management, preferably with experience in theme parks or entertainment facilities
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in facade projects, including innovative solutions and technical detailing
• Proficiency in design and visualization software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facade design
• Experience with sustainable design practices and materials is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
