JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and ensuring the successful export of our products to various international markets. This position is crucial for increasing the company's market presence and driving revenue growth.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the export sales product to meet company objective

• Develop a new sales strategy to acquire potential international market

• Develop and establish a strong network with agents and clients in the global market

• Conduct market research to identify the new business opportunities

• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and develop the strategy to meet the target

• Ensure to compliance with international trade regulation, export documentation and customs procedures

• Prepares a sales forecast and update the daily activities through CRM

• Prepare and present commercial proposal

• Work closely with the operation team and make sure to meet the service level and customer satisfaction.

• Develop strong customer base includes small and medium as well as large scale companies

• Develop the relationship with Airline

• Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.

• Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.

• Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.

• Present products and services to prospective customers.

• Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.

• Assess sales performance according to KPIs.

• Monitor competition within assigned region.

• Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Sales Manager and update CRM on a daily basis.

• Develop the relationship with Airline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, international or relevant field.

• Experience in market research and CRM software.

• God skill in Export and internation trade skill

• At least 5 years of working experience with Air line

• Experience in export and import sales in more than 5 years

• Knowledge about international trading and regulations

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Problem-solving aptitude.
