Job Description: Export Sales & Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
A strategic and results-driven Regional Manager responsible for driving business growth, optimizing brand performance, and expanding market presence across international territories. The role combines deep market insights, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate perfume brands globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance, international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and ensure strategic positioning.
• Plan, operate, and implement purchasing, sales, marketing, and A&P strategies to drive business volume and maintain optimal P&L ratios.
• Design and execute business strategies and roadmaps to enhance performance in sales, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify trends and challenges related to brands, markets, distributors, and retailers for each country.
• Utilize various Six Sigma tools to provide data-driven solutions, significantly improving regional performance.
• Lead brand expansion strategies across GCC, MENA, Asia, Europe, and CIS regions.
• Manage export operations, retail and wholesale networks, and franchise partnerships.
• Develop strategic marketing plans based on market research and analysis.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, franchisees, and retail clients.
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and ensure cost control through effective P&L management.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regional regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and product development to deliver results.
