The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and analytical support to senior leadership. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, professional discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive tasks and data reports efficiently. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is essential to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and official correspondence in both English and Arabic.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize executive meetings, take minutes, and follow up on key actions.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track deadlines, manage priorities, and provide proactive administrative support.
  • Maintain and organize executive documentation, records, and reports systematically.
  • Support the planning and execution of executive events and VIP visits.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level administrative roles.
  • Proven experience using Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational awareness.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
