Job Purpose

This role is responsible for developing and managing the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of creative/design productions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and experiential standards. The Executive Producer will work closely with creative, technical, and business teams to bring immersive experiences to life, from concept to execution.

Core Responsibilities

Production Leadership & Strategy:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution lifecycle of immersive projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch in relevance to the creative / design scope.
  • Develop and manage execution timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including relevant partners, vendors, and creative teams.
  • Develop and maintain resource planning
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

Financial & Business Oversight

  • Manage and track project budgets, ensuring efficient use of allocated funds.
  • Oversee cost estimation and financial reporting to maintain financial discipline for the projects.

Creative, Content & Fit-Out Production Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative Directors, designers, and experience architects to ensure that the project maintains a high-quality vision and immersive engagement.
  • Oversee content production (digital, audiovisual, interactive media) and work closely with Installation & fit-out Manager to provide necessary requirements for fit-out production (physical builds, scenic construction, and installation of immersive environments).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand the feasibility and execution of interactive technologies such as VR, AR, projection mapping, and live performance integration.
  • Ensure immersive experiences align with brand identity and audience expectation

Project Management & Risk Mitigation

  • Work closely with PMO team to identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery, including technical challenges, procurement issues, and creative roadblocks.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among creative, technical, marketing, and operations teams as needed
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, licensing requirements, and legal compliance
  • Maintain project documentation and archiving and ensure it is up to date and accessible on the company’s shared folders
  • Update project management tools with accurate and timely project data

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

At least 5 years of experience working in recognized media production or relevant field

At least 5 years of experience in project management

Years & Nature Of Experience

8+ years of professional experience, preferably working in media production, advertising, immersive experiences, themed attractions, or large-scale experiential projects.

Technical Competencies

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, track costs, and optimize spending without compromising creative quality
  • Strong understanding of content production (digital, interactive, audiovisual media)
  • Working knowledge of fit-out / installation (physical space design, scenic build, processes)
  • Working knowledge of experience design, interactive storytelling, and emerging technologies
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
