We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support, manage executive schedules and communications, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with executive leadership.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Draft and format internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and tools such as ChatGPT to support executive-level tasks.
- Maintain organized and confidential filing systems for executive documents.
- Track department deliverables and ensure timely updates from business units.
- Coordinate across departments to collect data, updates, and progress reports.
- Monitor operational tasks and prepare periodic status summaries.
- Follow up on strategic initiatives and assigned action points with directors.
- Assist in preparing high-level presentations and documentation for internal use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).
- Proven experience in an executive support or office management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- High level of organization, follow-up, and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
