Position Summary:

The Executive Director Head of Projects is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all project delivery functions across HanmiGlobal Saudis portfolio. This includes strategic planning, execution, performance monitoring, and client engagement across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, and mega/giga-projects. The role requires exceptional leadership, technical, and commercial acumen, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee the successful delivery of all projects across the Kingdom, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
• Provide executive-level direction across project management, construction supervision, cost control, planning, quality, and safety.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best-in-class project delivery systems, tools, and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project directors, managers, and technical professionals.
• Work closely with the CEO and functional heads to support business development, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage project risks, resolve escalated issues, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and client KPIs.
• Report regularly to the Board and Executive Management on project status, forecasts, challenges, and opportunities.
• Represent HanmiGlobal at high-level meetings, industry events, and governmental engagements as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale, high-value projects.
• Proven experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region, with a strong understanding of local regulatory, cultural, and commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of PMC, engineering, procurement, and construction delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large multi-disciplinary teams across multiple projects.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• MICE, CIOB, MRICS, or similar professional certification is a must.
