An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Executive Assistant in the Red Sea region, on a remote location.
About the Job:
- Efficiently coordinate and manage intricate calendars for senior executives within the department.
- Strategically schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related tasks, prioritizing based on deadlines and importance.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external communications related to the department.
- Skillfully compose, review, and refine various forms of written communication including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and prepare materials essential for team meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Document meeting proceedings, track actionable items, and ensure completion of tasks.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with intermediate-level skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset to overcome challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Highly creative, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- 5-8 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in an IT environment.
