We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in providing executive-level administrative support and managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and handling requests
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging venues, catering, and materials
  • Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion
  • Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by the executive team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and event planning is an advantage
