Key Responsibilities

  • Forward planning & proactive management of calendars across multiple time zones for MD & Chairman.
  • Full ownership of busy diaries - make appointments for internal and client meetings and arrange meeting rooms to suit.
  • Arrange travel and itineraries both domestic and global.
  • Management and distribution of team correspondence.
  • Document preparation for to support MD & Chairman as need.
  • Complete expense reports and reconciliation of receipts
  • Organise team events.
  • Any ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in support at senior level.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks using own initiative and with guidance where required.
  • Excellent attention to detail – delivering results under pressure and with limited guidance while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to trust and maintain confidences.
  • Proactive
