Executive Assistant Job Description
The Executive Assistant will be closely working with the Partners at a venture capital, assisting them in their daily activity and accordingly arranging their daily calendar. In addition to that, the Executive Assistant will be highly exposed to the Investment Operation.

Tasks Include:

Manage & maintain Partners' business/personal schedules, bookings, shopping, appointments, & Travel Arrangements

Handling any personnel matter pertaining to partners, including but not limited to, Bank transactions, KYC Requirements, Insurance, labor.

Drafting all payment instructions (Investments, expenses, MGT Fees, etc).

Providing all quarterly required documents and follow-up to obtain the capital Statement on due-date within (30 days from the end of Q): Internal Valuation Letter, & Startups' ownership confirmation.

Admitting new LPs.

Drafting Capital-call letters.

Providing all required documents when transferring payments for new investments. Follow-up to obtain various statements, reports, or documents.

Providing the required assistance to the Investment team in various reports using Excel, Power point, or MS Office (Monthly, Quarterly, LP Reports, etc).

Conduct research, and collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.

Deal-flow management including uploading the new startup applications into the CRM

  • Highly Organized person.
  • Excellent communication Skills (English).
  • Open-minded personality.
  • Preparation of various reports.
  • Great with numbers.
  • Professional in using Ms. Office.
