You will play a key role in expanding market share, improving sales volumes, and representing cutting-edge ERP technology to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic programs to generate leads, grow the sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to product demonstration, proposal preparation, pricing negotiation, and contract closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored Odoo ERP solutions that meet their business needs.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- Prepare proposals and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Enter and manage client data effectively using CRM and lead-tracking tools.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (Odoo).
- Strong sales acumen with experience in B2B sales, account management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
- A passion for technology, problem-solving, and delivering business value through software solutions.
