  • Study Management. Report Review. Ensure Studies are prepared on schedule, on budget, with quality and safety. Management of projects up to of 0.5 M$ Management of awarded projects starting immediately.
  • Business Development. Search of Opportunities. Client Contact. Responsible for the preparation of proposals. Develop proposals up to 0.25 M$.
  • Business Development. Search of Opportunities. Client Contact. Collaboration in the preparation of proposals. Collaboration on proposals up to 1M€.
  • Ensure that all environmental and sustainability permitting requirements are achieved during design and construction phases.
  • Have a good understanding of environmental management plans and systems and how they are implemented on a practiced level.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants where necessary and undertake baseline surveys for inputs into EIAs and monitoring.

Job Specific Knowledge:

  • A strong knowledge of international EIA regulations and good practice, experience of managing numerous technical groups, the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and good communication skills are key requirements for this role.
  • Experienced on proposal preparation and budgeting. Experience on reviewing Contract’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Experience in local and national KSA policies (NCEC, MEWA, RCJER).

Industry Specific Experience:

  • Experience within the EIA arena. Experience for both onshore and offshore projects.
  • Experience in international Impact Assessment working for a range of clients. Studies will primarily involve the management of ESHIA studies for the oil and gas, chemical.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

  • BSC or Engineering Degree required. Master of Science desirable.

HSE Capability:

  • Adherence to HSE Policy and Procedure. Master in HSE will be taken into account.

IT Skills:

  • MSOffice. Understanding of GIS and numerical environmental modelling.

People Skills:

  • Respectful

  • Kind and Self-controlled.
  • Communicative and able to communicate
  • Collaborative, Team Builder and Leadership. Able to create a pleasant work environment.

Other:

  • Arabic language will be desirable
  • English fluency both at speaking and writing level are a must.
