English Content Manager (Bilingual)

Fluent in English and Arabic, the Content Manager - English is responsible for the development of various editorials such as press releases, features, speeches, newsletters, drafting key messages, award submissions, reports and creating digital content such as social media content, website content, blogs, etc. He/She should have strong ideation skills and must be able to develop content calendars for clients that include lifestyle and business story ideas. He/She should understand the editorial requirements of all local clients including general, technical and industry-specific vocabulary and terminology, style and tone of voice. He/She is responsible for generating English content that is on-brief, impactful, well-written and in line with clients’ messaging. At the same time, he/she must ensure alignment of all English content with Arabic content as and when necessary.
The Content Manager - English should have:
- At least 5 years of English content development experience including a minimum of 2 years of communications content development experience
- Strong literary, research and ideation skills
- Strong proof-reading skills and acute attention to detail
- The ability to write/edit for a wide range of clients: financial, hospitality, industrial, consumer, technology, fashion, etc.
