Engineer, Project Control

Job Summary: The Engineer, Project Control is responsible for Develop, manage and maintain Projects Controls in all capital expense management processes for AMTPJ and JESCO and apply Project Management Methodologies to deliver services to the Project Managers and the Project Leads in terms of budget, time and quality control and generate, Control and release documents related to CAPEX process (Pos, AoFs, closing reports, and others).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing necessary coordination to bridge the gap between different Departments involved in Projects (procurement and contracts, finance, maintenance, Plant production and Projects and Design team).
• Preparing and setting up Projects budget and providing monthly cost management reports to monitor/verify the actual Cost vs. Planned Cost baseline.
• Collection of projects for the next year from departments.
• Maintaining the log of approved and/or disapproved changes to project budgets.
• Supporting the project team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering management or any related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in design and construction of large-scale programs / projects.
• Industrial or related projects experience.
• PLC programming.
• Project Engineering, Management and Site Execution, Contract Management and related drawings, document and data management, hands on knowledge are required.
• Project Management Methodologies standards and techniques.
• EPC/full service, Program/Project Management, Project delivery processes
