Job Purpose:
Support operating and maintenance functions with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and problem identification, problem resolution activities to run the plant safely and efficiently without interruption.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide technical support to keep plant run and produce as per the design.
- Develop/review maintenance scope of work.
- Review MOC, Project and Turnaround related to Maintenance. Communicate with Asset Engineering for complicated.
- Comply with Saudi Kayan polices and SHEMs procedures and contribute to archiving target SHE rates as well as comply with quality procedures and Saudi Kayan ISO certified standards.
- Conduct failure Analysis, rework internal investigations, improvement studies, technical reports and quality/safety assurance audits for major breakdowns and non-routine maintenance activities. Also, enhance reliability and availability of equipment, especially SHE and production critical equipment, by utilizing all internal and external resource including vendors and contractors. In addition, all relevant documents to be documented and tracked.
- Support operation and maintenance daily activities (normal or emergency cases) which require engineering knowledge and assessment.
- Participate effectively in TAM preparation, execution, quality checks and following up on findings.
- Participate in annual budget preparation by providing all required capital spare parts and special maintenance.
- Execute quality check and close out the expense DCR projects which doesn’t require outsourcing and can be managed through maintenance order.
- Enhance employee knowledge by conducing on job / classroom training sessions, reviewing the JQP material as well as attending all scheduled training sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience:
- 5 Years’ experience in related work field.
