An exciting opportunity is available Engineer I, OT Infrastructure Located in Jubail.

POSITION SUMMARY:

To support, maintain and administrate the Operational Technology Infrastructure & implement cyber security controls to assure safe and reliable operations.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyses the business needs and designs suitable intermediate infrastructure solutions to support business.
• Continuously monitors and analyses the performance of the existing infrastructures to find area to improve.
• Designs and deploys appropriate infrastructure solutions in a secure manner with OT Security Team.
• Keeps abreast of the latest technologies and understands the commercial drivers for his work.
• Leads intermediate to large projects and ensures proper scheduling, resourcing, and successful delivery.
• Maintains the existing infrastructures in specialized area such as Virtual environment, server, etc.
• Monitors and analyses the performance of existing infrastructures.
• Performs routine check and maintenance to existing infrastructures in specialized area such as Virtual environment, server, etc.
• Reviews technical design and analyses the performance of infrastructures to find area to improvement.
• Utilizes tools and technologies to facilitate database backup and migration.
• Diagnoses hardware platform problems and recommends dynamic solutions.
• Evaluates vendors of hardware, PCs, or workstations in the market; selects suitable products for the organization.
• Assists in the installation, configuration, and support of information management software.
• Audits and manages an inventory of various types of technology-related assets.
• Produces, collates, and reports capacity-related measurements to examine application service levels.
• Executes established procedures necessary to continue operations in an emergency.
• Creates and maintains the data centre contingency documents and action plans.
• Creates standardized procedures for OT systems management.
• Creates criteria to measure the performance of OT systems management.
• Installs and supports anti-virus and security patches updates.
• Designs access management, usage and change rules for users.
• Performs periodic system backups and produces standard monitoring reports.
• Tests the effectiveness of new or revised information security procedures and tools.
• Designs appropriate and corrective actions for data security incidents.
• Managing user accounts & computers.
• Managing Virtual environment day-to-day operation and troubleshooting.
• Managing cybersecurity controls day-to-day operation & troubleshooting.
• Participate in OT cybersecurity assessment against national standard, international standard, and best practice.
• Support in cybersecurity incident investigation.
  
  

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
  
  

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of related experience.
