An exciting opportunity is available for Control System Engineer Located in Jubail .

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Control Systems Engineer is responsible for overall monitoring and enhancing the control systems of plant operations. Provide operating facilities with required expertise to promote innovative solution, troubleshoot assistance, increase revenue, review & assist capital projects and develop company engineering guidelines & procedures.
  
  

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To provide safe and reliable process control Systems to the Operations with the Preventive and Corrective maintenance for the process Control Systems (DCS/ESD).
• To prepare, analyse and evaluate process control systems applications studies identify the cause, remedy, and prepare full investigation reports.
• Provides input for preparation Department Capital and Operating budgets and monitor annual expenditure budgets.
• Supports/ leads technical studies / surveys with teams within Tasnee or external teams for the Control Systems Engineering and other related issues.
• Evaluate any new technical developments in process control systems in order to improve and enhance existing control system.
• To handle process control systems issues concerning plant change development, plant redesign, scouting and feasibility studies, new bases of designs, plant operation optimization, and operational support.
• To assess the existing systems on obsolescence, spare parts availability, vendor support, inter-operability and integration, with no downtime on production in view of the present technology of the process control systems applications which are not standardized and most of them.
• Composes different parameters involved in a control loop tuning and their impact on the loop performance.
• Evaluates new technology and trends in control systems and makes recommendations to deploy in the plant to optimize the operation in a safe and reliable manner.
  
  

Minimum Qualification:

• - Degree Bachelor of Engineering Instrument / Electrical.
  
  

Job Specific Skills:

• 5 + years of related experience.
• Experience in Honeywell Experion, Honeywell EHPMX and Honeywell Safety Manager
