Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with employers to understand their business needs and create tailored solutions.
- Conduct labor market research and share valuable insights with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver high vacancy fill rates to meet performance targets across weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
- Cultivate and grow recruitment and skills solutions with new and existing employer accounts.
- Monitor and develop employer accounts to maximize potential for vacancies and skill solutions.
- Work closely with operational teams to convert one-off vacancies into managed accounts.
- Visit employers on-site, build strong relationships, and promote recruitment opportunities through presentations.
- Collaborate with employers post-placement to ensure ongoing support, meet contractual obligations, and sustain job placements.
- Act ethically and align with company values in all activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to develop strong business relationships with employers and partners.
- Skilled at identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- A customer-focused approach with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Proficiency in using and learning systems and applications.
- Previous experience in recruitment or career counseling is a plus.
