Your role

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute technically sound sales strategies for Saudi Arabia’s energy and electrical sectors, focusing on maximizing market penetration and profitability
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Explore and identify new opportunities to introduce advanced PFISTERER technologies into the Saudi market, expanding the company’s footprint and influence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, industrial clients, contractors, and government entities, addressing their technical and operational requirements.
  • Sales and Negotiation Management: Handle negotiations and manage the entire sales intake process from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to local regulations and align with PFISTERER’s operational and technical standards.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze Saudi-specific market trends, competitor technologies, and client requirements to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely delivery, installation support, and payment collection while maintaining technical compliance standards.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide detailed reports on technical sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within Saudi Arabia’s energy and electrical sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in selling high-voltage components, grid solutions, or similar technical products.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical transmission and distribution systems, high-voltage components, and energy infrastructure.
  • Expertise in CRM tools, data analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English (highly recommended).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to bridge technical discussions with client needs effectively.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and alignment with PFISTERER’s core values.
  • Team-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving technical challenges.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia to client sites and project locations.
  • Adaptability to the evolving energy and electrical landscape within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
