Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ELV Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an ELV Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of Extra Low Voltage systems in various projects throughout the region.

• Conduct thorough inspections of ELV systems, including security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems
• Verify installations comply with local building codes, international standards, and project specifications
• Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Perform tests on ELV systems to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Identify and report any deficiencies, non-conformities, or safety issues
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in ELV systems
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in ELV systems inspection or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards, including local building codes in Saudi Arabia and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC)
• Relevant certifications in ELV systems (e.g., BICSI, CFPS) preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Arabic language skills preferred
