In This Role, You Will

Working within electrical maintenance department to strict EHS and quality requirements, help to achieve daily maintenance requirements to meet internal and external customer expectations and requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Environment, Health and Safety

  • Support EHS culture change and ensure compliance to regulations and to the Company Safety Performance, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
  • Comply to all safety objectives and follow all the safe work instructions and SOPs
  • Ensure that all the machine EHS guards and interlocks are working properly

Quality

  • Comply with all quality standards and SOPs

Productivity

  • Support EHS culture change and ensure compliance to regulations and to the Company Safety Performance, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
  • Support sustainability and Continuous Improvement programs within maintenance department and ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality level like use of 5S methodology, energy optimization, TPM, Operating Excellence and maintenance effectiveness improvement.
  • Implement, execute, and document all Preventive maintenance activities
  • Maintain the electrical drawings for the upcoming projects and modifications
  • Responsible for FM machinery & devices repair and installation
  • Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production and Carry out diagnosis of faults and Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. Ensure all lost time, minor and trivial accidents are reported and Promote environmental issues and ensure all company procedures are understood and followed and Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage Self & Team Development and Willing for Learning and Coaching.
  • Has good computer and English skills
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs like 5S, LEAN, OPEX, TPM
  • Communicate & transfer Information & Data to team
  • Communication with Maintenance and Operation Leaders

Requirements

You’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following requirements:

  • Technical Electrical Diploma Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Good knowledge of electrical & control systems
  • Programming, wiring, and troubleshooting PLC platforms experience is mandatory
  • Experience in Servo Systems (Motors, Drives, Encoders) is mandatory
