EHS Manager

A Snapshot of your day

In this role, you will lead the DMM LGT facility in all aspects of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), driving the EHS strategy and fostering a culture of safety and collaboration among a dedicated team of employees and contractors. You will define and implement optimized operational models while establishing safe working practices based on industry’s standard methodologies, ensuring alignment with company policies. Additionally, you will measure and improve EHS critical metrics to encourage clarity and cultivate ongoing innovation and improvement in all EHS activities.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the DMM LGT facility in all aspects of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), defining and driving the EHS strategy across the business.
• Manage a team of up to 5 direct employees and contractors, focusing on training, development, evaluation, and succession planning.
• Champion a culture of safety, partnership, perfection, and inclusiveness within the team.
• Define and implement optimized operational models and chip in to the establishment of safe working practices based on industry’s standard methodologies.
• Define, measure, and improve EHS critical metrics to maintain visibility in EHS activities and cultivate continuous innovation and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including EHS, HR, and compliance requirements.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years in a related industry role.
• Solid understanding of international standards and industry norms, along with proficiency in MS Office and EHS management digital tools.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a distinct advantage.
• Independent problem solver with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and strong influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across various media and tools.
• Calm under pressure, with a clear approach passionate about quality and safety in diverse situations.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
