We are looking for an experienced Education Senior Project Manager (Del 416) to join our dynamic team. This position will play a crucial role in the development and execution of educational programs and initiatives that align with Qiddiya's vision, engaging diverse audiences and fostering a culture of learning and exploration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of innovative educational programs and initiatives within Qiddiya's portfolio
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project teams, educators, and external partners, to ensure cohesive project delivery and alignment with strategic goals
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for education-focused initiatives
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of educational projects to ensure relevancy and effectiveness in meeting audience needs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting best practices in educational project management
• Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration with educational institutions and agencies
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to education and learning experiences
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting project updates, outcomes, and recommendations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• At least 7-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the education sector
• Strong understanding of educational program development and delivery
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadline adherence
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data and feedback to enhance educational offerings
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and fostering partnerships within the education sector is beneficial
