RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris Trading KSA is looking for an E-Commerce Supervisor to join the team. As an E-Commerce Supervisor, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Head of SFP Deployment in KSA E-Commerce Supervisor role is responsible for handling day-to-day e-commerce operations from own website to third party marketplace / partners, including promotions. The role is expected to raise e-commerce contribution within the SFP (Smoke-Free Products) business YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
  • Grow PMI Somke-Free Products (SFP's) e-commerce business contribution.
  • Prepare and execute strategies related to own website and 3rd party marketplace; from additional partners, advertising, user experience and promos whenever applicable.
  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations with the partners and internal stakeholders. Ensure availability and delivery of service to end consumers.
  • Identify any rising e-commerce trend and propose strategies to capitalize the opportunity.
  • Produce e-commerce reports and feed into forecast plan.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • KSA National
  • University degree in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 05 years of total professional experience with 02 years in managing e-commerce, preferably within FMCG industries
  • Fluent English & Arabic (Written & Spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with proven experience across the commercial landscape
  • Deployment of digital marketing tools
  • Strong budget and inventory management capabilities
  • People Management Experience is a plus
